Ingredients:Basmati Rice 1 Cup*
Methi Leaves 2 Cups
Sweet Corn 1 Cup
Onion 1
Green Chilli 2
Cinnamon Stick 1
Cloves 2
PepperCorns 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom 2
Bay Leaf 1
Salt To taste
Water 2 Cups

Method:
- Rinse and Soak the basmati rice in water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile slice the onions vertically to thin slices. Remove the methi leaves and wash it nicely.
