my results from the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge!

So, that photo above? That’s my new, healthier smile. And I LOVE it.

I admit, I was a little skeptical that I’d be able to make over my oral care routine in three weeks. But, you guys: it happened. I finished the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge today, and I used antiseptic mouthwash every single day, morning and night. And you know what I’m going to keep doing every day from now on? That exact same habit.

I was hooked with in a few days, but here’s the funniest story from this past month. My husband reads Sugarlaws, so he knew that I was participating in the challenge. And after about a week, he asked me, “are you really using Listerine every morning and night?” And I sort of grinned and told him that yes, not only was I absolutely using it twice a day, but that it was seriously the best feeling to have such a clean mouth all the time.

And a few days later, as we were brushing our teeth and getting ready for bed, I looked over at him.

And he was using Listerine.

Seriously, he’d gotten his own bottle, and he’d started using it too.

That’s how much the 21-Day Challenge affected me: I even spread the habit to him!

And really, it’s a great habit to develop. I love the super-clean feeling that LISTERINE® Antiseptic gives my mouth — it’s so fresh and feels so great, now I’m wondering how I ever lived without it. I’m so grateful to participate in projects like this for Sugarlaws, because this is a habit I’ll be sticking with for years to come. Adding LISTERINE® to my oral care routine was an easy change that produced immediate benefits, and I’m thrilled to know that I’ll be keeping my gums, teeth, and mouth healthier for years to come because of it.
