Stitch Fix (I lost count)

If I'm awkwardly modeling clothes then it must be a stitch-fix post. Hooray!

Okay so I have completely lost track of how many fixes I have received. I would just go back and count the previous posts but I have actually received a few fixes since then but I just didn't have time to post about {I know, gasp!}

This fix was fun (as always) but I think I need to add in a box on the my style profile that reads "long legs" please adjust accordingly...
Also I know I could've just added tights like I normally do to my dresses that are a tad too short but due to the heat and the thought of having to wear said tights which would only produce more sweating just to take some pictures, let's just say I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger and keep the dresses no matter how much I loved them.

Okay let's get on with my fix shall we!
I'm not a huge fan of chevron, but this dress screamed summer! It was light and airy, perfect for the season it fit well... all besides the length of course.
I thought because of the length and lightness it felt more like a cover-up so no matter what I added in hopes to dress it up and make it not feel so short, I kept thinking "beach cover-up"
Which don't get me wrong, totally cute for a beach cover-up but let's be honest this mama is no where near that cute when trying to get herself two littles out the door and to the beach. I would be a disappointment to the dress.
see I tried, nothing worked
I loved this dress. It was lined well, had all the right structure to hold me in at the right places it had POCKETS. I tried it on annnnd of course it was too short. Darn these long legs
but still too short I can imagine a heat stroke waiting to happen if I tried to rock a sweater in this heat
{ain't nobody got time for dat}
This mint top was cute, but only when tucked in. It was rather boxy and didn't flatter me at all. Loved the color and of course the Peter Pan Collar so I was bummed it didn't work out.
Winner-Winner-Chicken-Dinner! {although it's too darn hot for a chicken dinner and these black pants I might add, I loved this shirt. totally keeping it}
{obviously my "hey, girl hey" face}
this little stretchy cotton tank peplum goodness took second place and made it's way into my closet!
I know you're wondering about the stunning little accessory hanging around my neck with the peplum top aren't you? Well if you follow me on instagram you would've seen the above photo of the same necklace.
