October First (Teacups and Ponies)

Today is October 1 Really...??? This year the only way I know that it is Autumn is the calendar.
This is what usually tells me it is autumn

October first means changing leaves chilly nights sweater weather however this year...
The changing leaves have been replaced by

swaying palms.
Raking and bagging leaves is replaced with

netting mullet for bait.
Cozy sweaters replaced by

Minnie Mouse bathing suits.
Playing and jumping in fallen leaves replaced by

building sand castles.

Walking through the crunchy fallen leaves replaced by

walking on the beach with a lapping tide.
With all the differences the same sun is setting upon us, just with a little different twist and an extra splash of lime.
