Bikini Ready Body Challenge: Weigh In and Next Weeks Schedule

And I am done with 1st week of my Bikini Ready Body Challenge. I have to say this week has been a learning experience. I started off good and then started reverting to bad habits (starving) and then binging. I decided that I want to keep my calories between 1200-1500 calories so I have a bit of wiggle room. My workouts for next week are also shorter so I will be more likely to do them. My main goal for the next few months is to gain healthier habits and get to a healthy weight. As long as the scale is moving in the right direction I am happy. Here was my workout schedule for this week:

Monday: Fit Test

Tuesday: Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Wednesday: Zumba

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Rest

Here is my schedule for next week:

Monday: 30 min Zumba

Tuesday: 30 Day Shred

Wednesday: 30 min Zumba

Thursday: 30 Day Shred

Friday: 30 min Zumba

Saturday: 30 Day Shred

Sunday: Rest

Now for the weigh in:

Start Weight(12/30/13): 188.6 lbs

Last Weeks Weight(1/5/13): 185 lbs

Today’s Weight: 184.5 lbs

Weight Lost: .5 lbs
