This was the first editorial I had a chance to work on since moving back to Canada. Yes I live in Canada now - boooooo! Not the I hate my home country, but I do miss the fashion scene of London or Seoul, like really really hard. Gah - stupid visas, they are the bane of my existence!

One good thing about being in Toronto however is that my fave photographer duo Saty Pratha are living here now as well. I met them on a few shoots for 1883 Magazine back in London and we also collaborated together on a few RCA graduate collection lookbooks a while back. They make amazing shit happen and this shoot for SVA Magazine is no exception.

We took a weekend trip out to the Georgian Bay on the Bruce Peninsula for this story, doing the shoot entirely in the infamous setting of the Grotto, an area in a of rocks and cliffs and blue blue water in a national park near Tobermory. The shoot features a few local labels like Lucian Matis, Pink Tartan and Untitled & Co along with some great samples from Toronto shops such as Robber, Mama Loves You Vintage and Gravity Pope.
