Make Your Mondays - November 17th

Em snuck in a morning trip to Retroda Vintage Warehouse before attending a wedding for her friend C, congratulations!! She then got back in the saddle (literally) and went for another round of butt kicking at her new spin studio. Following her sweat session she met up with Nic and soon to be mommy Jax for some birth chatting!

Sometimes we want to escape. Run away from our lives, what is bothering us and think that just by moving, quitting our jobs or changing a pattern, our lives will change too. But, they don't. You have to be the change, not the world around you. You have to make the choice to face the issue within yourself and make different life change. Changing environments may be a quick fix, but it won't stick long term. That change must be done the hard way; with time, effort and always choosing positive energy.
