All Natural Stay Healthy Products- Recipes and Free Printables

I am planning a fun little party with some of my friends! We will be making four great inexpensive and healthy products to keep our families feeling great this winter. Everyone around us is so dang sick. If we can avoid it I would be super excited. Since I stocked up on all the supplies anyway, I decided to make it a fun girls' evening for all of us!

We have been using Young Living essential oils since July, 2014 and they have CHANGED OUR LIVES! I can't even say how great we all feel. Aside from how great our bodies and dispositions are doing, I have not had to buy any cleaning our beauty products at the drug store. I have gotten so creative using some great blogs, Pinterest, and Facebook groups gathering recipes to make myself for a fraction of the cost of store bought items.

I will be displaying each of these cards in little Dollar Store picture frames at each station. Easy to read, easy to make, and everything we need right at our fingertips. (All the full size printables are at the bottom of this post:)

Now that I can add my Young Living essential oils to these products we are getting lots of extra benefits every time we wash our hands, brush our teeth, or apply lotion on these cold winter days. We have had so much success with our wellness, that I just can't stop telling everyone I know. Most of my friends are excited about natural alternatives and it is great to be forming this support system to be there when need advice and run out of anything!

These are the recipes we will be making, but switching out oils to fit your own family's needs is a great idea! Feel free to save and play with any of these printables to make them work for you! I will print out these small cards for everyone to take home with them so they can make their own refills as needed! I am also printing off the label strips on full page stickers to adhere to our containers so everyone remembers what's what.

The most important practice to stay healthy is to wash your hands often. I am a nut about washing our hands every single time we walk in the front door. Now that I made this easy foaming hand soap and have it in all the bathrooms, we are getting extra support for our healthy immune systems. Thieves essential oil is probably my very favorite oil Young Living offers and I will NEVER be without it! Especially in the winter when we are stuck indoors and trapped with sick family and friends. I want to know my families immune systems are strong!

Taking baths is one of my new favorite evening rituals. I never used to be a big bath taker, but adding essential oils to my bath has made it such a relaxing activity that even the kids are begging to add oils to their baths. This one is great to boost your entire body to feeling it's best and ready to conquer anything icky you might encounter! Of course, we often add Lavender or Peace and Calming to this bath if we do it before bed, it is super relaxing too!

Everyone gets this salve on their feet every single night through the winter. I just rub it all over the soles of our feet. It's relaxing and the Thieves oil is great for supporting your immune system! Again, you could use other oils depending on what each person in your home may need. My son gets extra Valor on his feet every night before bed too!

I LOVE this spray. I LOVE it. We have little bottles all over the place! My purse, the car, the kids' lunch boxes. We use it all through the day. We spray it on our hands and any hard surfaces. One of the things I love about essential oils, is that many oils can do the same job. If you are out of Thieves (But seriously that's crazy! Why would anyone be out of Thieves?), you could sub in Melaleuca Alternifoila and still get many of the same benefits.

Use what you have! You do not need 89 different bottles of oils to make this switch to a more natural lifestyle. The 11 oils in the Young Living Premium Starter Kit will give you such a huge range of uses! It is a great place to begin on your oily journey. You can read more about my story, how I got started, and most importantly WHY I CHOSE YOUNG LIVING right here. If you have any questions about essential oils, please just ask me!

Our party is later this month and this is the invitation I designed using Canva (awesome free resource for creating graphic images for blogs, social media, presentations, and greeting cards!). Feel free to click on any of the images to save and use for your own Make and Take party or for gifts for any of your friends and family!

I would love to hear about your favorite DIY essential oil recipes too! I am always looking for new ways to save money and keep everyone happy and healthy! Let me know how these work for you and if you get a chance to use them!

Remember, I am here to offer any essential oil guidance you may need. If I don't have the answer, I can point you to someone who does! Find out our story and how to get started with Young Living right here.
