MONTHLY LOVES

THE END OF JULY Today is the 30th of July which means it's time for a brand new 'monthly loves' article. Now, you may have noticed that there were no article last months and that's just because my favorites haven't changed at all. It's always quite difficult for me to find new favorites because when I have some together, I tend to stick to them all the time. This month there's something new that I wanted to show you and that I've loved for the month of July. As I'm typing this it sounds quite surreal to me that we're already at the beginning of August. Like what?! Only 5 full month to go and 2014 is over. Absolutely crazy how time flies and we don't even notice it until the time is gone...

This last month I was totally obsessing over everything bright and colorful which you should've noticed already. I always wanted a small colorful bag for those hot days where you don't want to carry around a big n' heavy bag, so I found this cute little companion at a random little boutique and immediately fell in love. I know I wanted a small bag but this one was almost too small since it fits my iPhone just perfectly. Another problem is that my wallet doesn't fit in it but it's totally ok because you can just throw in some cash or credit cards and you'll be fine. I wish I had got this bag in every color possible so I can play with all different colors and combinations but for now, the blue one works just as good. My favorite combination this July was definitely pairing this little blue bag with this flower-power dress with it's gorgeous lace detailing. Flower print and lace details are the most perfect combination in my opinion. Sexy and playful at the same time and good for everyday.

For beauty stuff I've found a few new goodies so here you go: I'm definitely addicted to scented body creams and lotions and my collection is slowly getting bigger and bigger. I'm almost on a point where I don't know anymore which one I should use... My friend recently gave me this Eau d'orange verte perfumed body lotion by Hermés and I am absolutely obsessing over this scent. I'm such a big fan of Hermés' beauty products and I really want to get my hands on a big bottle since mine is getting empty. I love to use perfumed body lotions just on my neck and arms because I think it is a little bit a loss of those good creams when you apply it on your entire body. To have a little switch of a few different creams I'm loving the Kiehl's Creme de Corps which I actually got as a gift at my local Kiehl's because of the points you can collect there. Kiehl's is hands down my all time favorite beauty line when it comes to skin and body care. They have something for every single skin type in all different variations. Since my skin is very complicated (thanks to Neurodermatitis) I'm always impressed by the Kiehl's stuff. This particular creme doesn't really have a scent which is great when I'm switching between perfumed ones to have at least one neutral one.

My #1 favorite for this month has been without a doubt VK Collection jewels. If you've written the article where I was talking about my partnership with this brand than you know how much I love them. They have the most gorgeous dainty and handmade jewelry pieces every and such a great quality. You can basically pair them with every thing and to any occasion possible. I'm definitely a big fan of their collection so you should definitely take a look! You won't regret it. I've worn these pieces almost every other day when I got them and am more than excited about what they bring out for the upcoming autumn/winter collection.
