The main subject of this outfit was my Sunita Mukhi eye backpack. You probably noticed already that I have a collection of her "eyes". You also know that I love a good statement bag, so a cool backpack is really the IT accessory for a while now. I think it is both practical and chic and it can be paired in so many ways. The truth is back in the days when I was a student, especially a highschool student I hated backpacks, mostly because there was nothing that special on the market at that time. If I had this one instead things would have been so different. Not only I would have been the most stylish girl in school, but everyone would have been jealous of my awesome bag. This look is obviously focusing on two tones: yellow and black, which to be quite honest it's quite a difficult mix to pull off. The dress is very disco and matches perfectly with the idea behind the design of the backpack as well. So, I paired with a vintage long cape (by the way, it was freezing that day) and some cool over the knee boots. To conclude, forget about my outfit... I mean, how pretty that village looks like?! Seriously missing Provence right now!
Le sujet principal de cet outfit était mon sac à dos Sunita Mukhi. Vous avez probablement déjà remarqué que j’ai toute une collection de ses « yeux ». Vous savez aussi que j’adore les sacs qui se démarquent. Un bon sac à dos est l’accessoire IT immanquable depuis quelques temps. En plus d’être à la fois pratique et chic, il va avec beaucoup de choses. Mais pour vous dire la vérité, lorsque j’étais étudiante au lycée, je détestais les sacs à dos… principalement parce qu’il n’y avait rien de très spécial sur le marché à cette époque. Si j’avais eu celui-là, les choses auraient été bien différentes. Non seulement j’aurais été la fille la plus stylée du lycée, mais tout le monde aurait été jaloux de mon super sac.
Ce look est évidemment centré sur deux tons : jaune et noir, qui, il faut être honnête, sont plutôt difficiles à mixer. La robe est très disco et colle bien avec l’idée qui se cache derrière le design du sac à dos. Je l’ai ainsi associé à une cape vintage (en passant, il faisait un froid de canard pendant cette journée) et des bottes au-dessus du genou.
Pour conclure… oubliez ma tenue. Sérieusement, vous ne trouvez pas ce village extraordinaire ? La Provence me manque déjà terriblement !
