FL FL - Mary Jane Monachino, 81. Edgewater, Volusia Co. Jan 30, 2015

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating an 81-year-old Edgewater woman who was reported missing today.

Mary Jane Monachino was last seen at her home near Edgewater, but she’s believed to have left her house this morning to visit her daughter at Central Florida Regional Medical Center in Sanford. Monachino never arrived at the hospital, and she hasn’t been seen since.

Monachino suffers from the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease. She is 5’6” and about 160 pounds with white hair and blue eyes. She was believed to be driving a green 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis with Florida tag N371KZ.

Anyone who sees Monachino or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Sheriff’s Office at (386) 239-VCSO (8276).*
