Presumed Located Does anyone remember a living F UID, possibly schizophrenic?

Just wondering if anyone remembers this case - it was a lady found alive (I think) and she had maybe jaw-length dark hair and was thin. She wouldn't tell people her real name, but she told them sometimes it was "Miss Sharon Tate" and then other times "Miss Paul McCartney" (again, I think).

Does this ring a bell? Just wondering if her case was resolved or whatever happened to her. I don't recall seeing her file for a long, long time... maybe as long as 15 years.
