Flying Without Wings: Cocktail Hour and Yichud
Straight from the ceremony, Sandra whisked us into the bridal suite for our yichud. Other than when our rabbi and cantor came to congratulate us, no one came in to the room, so we have no photos from that time. It was just Gander and I alone, with a nice selection of our appetizers, and a drink each. We spent the entire time reflecting on the day and basically just gushing about being married.

While we were in the bridal suite, our guests were able to mingle, enjoy the bar, sign our guest book, listen to our string trio, and take a seat inside the ballroom.

Once we were done with our yichud, we joined our guests in the ballroom, and took some family photos.

Eventually, the cocktail hour was coming to a close, and it was time to get our reception under way.
Next up, everyone enters and dances in circles.
