Minimal coat (Well-living blog)

In tree days another year is abdicating and it is time to make a flash back to the last 12 months and work on the resolutions for the next year. I have worked hard, faced few new challenges, met wonderful people, had few exciting travels, took some important decisions. If I had to resume it in two word, 2014 was hard but the balance is positive. I have learned that going out of my comfort zone helps me grow and pushes me forward to a better version of myself.

I can’t wait to embrace 2015 and hope it brings peace, joy and happiness to everyone.

En tres días otro año abdica y ahora es el momento para echar la mirada atrás y hacer inventarios de los últimos 12 meses y plantear las resoluciones para el año nuevo. Durante este año trabaje muy duro, afronte nuevos retos, conocí personas maravillosas, hice viajes preciosos y tome decisiones importantes. Si tuviera que resumirlo en pocas palabras, fue un año cargado de esfuerzo, pero con un balance muy positivo – aprendí que si abandono la zona de comodidad doy paso crecimiento hacia una mejor versión de mi misma.

Empezaré con ilusión el 2015 y espero que traiga paz, alegría y felicidad para todos.
