Caramel Apple Dip

Seriously, where is the time going? I cannot believe it's almost October. I am loving the change in weather and eager to see the leaves fall. This is by far my most favorite time of year.

While I was back in Nebraska a few weeks ago I picked apples at my parents house and was given a few new recipes from my mother-in-law. Besides pie I can't think of another way to eat an apple: dip into something sweet!
