Chocolate Chip Biscotti

I've been thinking about this biscotti recipe since a batch showed up on my doorstep during the #FBCookieSwap from Mama Plus One. It tasted amazing and I was surprised it was so easy!

This recipe can be adapted for any dry cookie mix you can find. They almost always have a seasonal cookie mix so you can get really creative. I went pretty simple and opted for chocolate chip for my first go around.
