Shrimp Scampi with Pasta and Spinach Recipe

I love shrimp and everything in this dish. It fast and easy and if you're a seafood lover, you just hit the jackpot! We love this one especially when you're in hurry and want to throw a great meal together quickly. For those of you that aren't seafood lovers substitute boneless cubed chicken breast it's terrific with chicken too! Also add a little heat to it with a few tablespoon of hot sauce
