I'm just like you. I'm your regular office person who works on a 9-5 job in the city. Before the boom of the diet delivery industry here in manila, I ate at different places; jollijeep, carenderia, fast food, restaurants. I do not have the time of day to have my meals cooked at home as much as I wanted to. It's just not about weight loss. It's about having healthy meals delivered to me daily. Convenience.
I reviewed A LOT throughout the years. I may not be as huge as When In Manila (I'm a contributor there! Heehee) but I to give everyone honest to goodness feedback on these services to help YOU DECIDE which to get. Cheers and good luck!
For the macronutrient split (proportion of fat vs carbs vs protein) as long as it is from a healthy source and it is high in protein, with a good balance of fat and carbs it's good for me.

I only made them kulit to count the macro calories for me because they focus on healthy eating with a healthy mindset. Their usual calorie allowance is 1,200 (not enough for me) but good enough for starters especially those who want to lose weight. If you plan to eat 1,200 for 5 days, eat more during weekends so you won't deprive yourself too much. They deliver fast and during conveniently during mornings. They're not called delicious diet albeit their meals really taste good.

I experienced Yummy Diet separately, initially when they were starting out, and then tried it again last year. For me, they're the best tasting affordable diet delivery meals out there. They also provide diverse variety in meals. I remember them serving meals according to country. Creative!

Oh 6 Pack Chef, if you weren't so darn expensive at 3,450/week I would've ranked you first place. Their meals can qualify as food served in high-end restaurants. They specialize in high protein low-carb.

While I heavily discussed the Paleo Diet in the Philippines eons ago way way before the trend started here. I was relieved when someone finally thought of breaking in the business and launch a strictly paleo diet delivery service. They're the only one of its kind and deserve a sweet spot in this rankings. The cons? The price again. Starts at 3,250 for 1,200 calories of paleo goodness.

What they promise A 100% Paleo Diet, Gluten-Free, Caveman, High Protein, Healthy, Clean Where they deliver Metro Manila Damage 3,250/5 days (holy crap that's expensive!) What I think Gosh I want to try this so bad but it's so freaking expensive. But I WILL I WILL, I will probably try this for a week next year, yes I'll spend but at least I'll know. You can do paleo yourself too but it's just to freaking hard to always ask "is this paleo?" They're also creative with their food names and very flashy too. They hired a very good graphic designer.

They promise effective weight loss without sacrificing good taste. They also customize their diets according to their clients' need and not just a general generic 1200 calorie meal plan. What I think I'm not happy with the amount, taste, and everything :( but they have excellent customer service as well.
