Urban Decay’s New Primer Potion is All About Giving Back

Urban Decays newest primer potion, Enigma, is all about giving back. 100% of the purchase price of this primer goes to Urban Decay’s global initiative, The Ultraviolet Edge, which is about empowering woman and funds an organization that is giving woman the chance to rebuild their lives in post-war Uganda by giving business loans, literacy programs, and more.

This eyeshadow primer is limited edition and comes in a tube with a cute, jewel like top. It also is a bit different than normal UD primer potion, as it isn’t just a squeeze tube but has a wand applicator.

Because of the tube and wand combo, you have the option of using the wand to apply the primer, or just using your fingers. The tube also makes it so you can get every last bit of this product (Unlike old school primer potion bottles that were plastic and left a LOT of product untouched.
