We're back this afternoon with four more mudras to help elevate your meditation practice (see what I did there?! - sorry, that was cheesy). Anyway, here we go.

1. Prana Mudra

How to do it: Place the tip of the ring and pinky fingers against the tip of the thumb finger, and extend the index and middle fingers.

What it's for: to awaken dormant energy

2. Vajra Mudra

How to do it: Place the tip of the middle, ring and pinky fingers against the tip of the thumb finger, and extend the index finger.

What it's for: improves blood circulation

3. Apana Mudra

How to do it: Place the tip of the middle and ring fingers against the tip of the thumb, and extend the index finger and pinky finger.

What it's for: inner balance, patience, confidence, grounding

4. Tse Mudra

How to do it: Place the thumb against the palm and cover with the index, middle, ring, and pinky fingers.

What it's for: excellent for depression
