I am a displaced “citizen of the world,” or third culture kid if you will, living in Thailand with half an American and half an Asian mindset. I love and complain about both.
I'm a recent(?) graduate from the University of Miami in journalism and anthropology and I still have no effing idea what I want to do with my life and freak out about it on a semi-regular basis.
Being half Thai, half American, I'd like to say I have a fair understanding of both, but, at the annoyance of my mother, I'm still not fluent in Thai. I am a collector of funky sunglasses and am putty in front of baby animals (but not baby humans).
I vent. A lot. I rant and rave like a mad woman and complain about the weather. My whole blog reads like an on-going panic attack. Enjoy :)
I feel simultaneously at home and lost no matter where I am. I love meeting people who share these experiences.
Any little thing that rubs me the wrong (or occasionally the right) way will probably end up here… because it’s all about the little things in life after all.
