Originally from Australia, Alicia now divides her time between the tropical east coast of Oz, and the hot sandy desert of Rajasthan, India with her husband Ajay. Together, they search high and low through bustling marketplaces, bazaars, and rural villages for rare pieces of vintage tribal jewellery, gypsy textiles, gorgeous Indian fabrics and more! Being surrounded with colour, music and everything rich with Indian culture, Alicia finds inspiration for her Lilac Skin designs from everday life in the enchanted wonderland that is India.
