KEEP ON MOVING

If you run 100 miles a week, you can eat anything you want.
Why? Because
(a) you'll burn all the calories you consume,
(b) you deserve it, and
(c) you'll be injured soon and back on a restricted diet anyway.
Well. I hope that does not happen to me (AGAIN!) as I’ve signed up (rather insanely) for an ultra-marathon in Nepal. I’ll be writing about places for you to run in London, and my yummy recipes you can enjoy guilt free!
