todays workout is actually one I did last Thursday (because I anticipated my busy weekend, I got ahead of myself and filmed in advance *pats self on back*). This was another killer in the sun.
This is a killer double kettlebell complex. Do as many round as you dare, there are 4 exercises with set reps. Try to maximise form, while maximising intensity.
