Its been a while since I last blogged so I thought I would share a fathers day card using indigoblu products, and what amazing products they are.

versa fine Claire ink pad
book page
keep reading for an amazing offer
I started off with a square of watercolor card 51/2 inch x 51/2 inch
I then sprayed the card with water and took the 3 acrylic paints you only need a tiny bit and did strips of colour and let the water blend them together keep layering until you are happy you can dry between layers
Once dry I took the cog stamp out of the take the time stamp plate and used a black ink pad to stamp a uneven cog back ground I just held the stamp for a more uneven vintage feel
After that I took a old book page and teared it to fit the background leaving some of the painted cog back ground showing I used slap it on gloss to to stick the book page down
I then took a small piece of the linen fabric roll and layered on top of the book page,
slap it gloss is a brilliant adhesive so I used it to glue the fabric down as well
I then took another piece of water colour card and stamped my watch advert then teared around the image to a give a old feel, using a very tiny amount of ugly duckling acrylic paint I dry brushed over the clock advert to give a vintage feel I worked more around the edges to give a darker boarder
I then did the same with the letters out of the circus Alphabet stamps using the same tearing and drying brushing techniques
Once dry I matted and layed onto black card stock and used a 6x6 inch card blank
Happy fathers day keep reading for a 20% discount code on the products I have used and have a lovely day
