How To GAA All-Ireland Senior Hurling Hurling Final Online
The GAA has verified the Allianz Hurling League final will take place on the exact same weekend as the soccer decider. It comes after 2 Division 1A and yet another Section 1B fixtures fell victim to the weather yesterday, meaning the quarter-finals can't go ahead as originally scheduled following weekend.
The 3 games affected by the weather, Wexford-Kilkenny, Cork-Tipperary along with Waterford-Galway, have been refixed for following Sunday afternoon and the full quarter-final line-up will be well known. The Laois-Limerick quarter-final will be played Portlaoise next Saturday evening and the remaining three twists will occur on St Patrick's weekend using all the semi-finals on March 23/24, the weekend the final was originally due to happen.
The final will be played over the weekend of March 31, if the four star finals in soccer are also down for choice. It's the second year in succession the weather has pushed the hurling back, with the past year's Kilkenny-Tipperary decider taking place two weeks later than had originally been proposed.
