One Night in Havana Cuba

I know that one night in cuba is not enough to enjoy the nightlife. But that was all the time I had there. I had a layover going home from a flight from costa rica.

I ended up staying for the night and had a chance to see some of the best nightlife options in Havana. And we all know that it means some great fun. The Cuban people are one of my fav in the caribbean. And over the years I have had a chance to meet quite a few of them on my journeys.

This was a chance I had to see some of the best nightlife options in the country since Havana is really where it is had.

I know that some other Cuban cities like Varadera and Camaguey have nightlife options -- and they do. But it always seems like Havana is where I end up having the most.

Met up with one of the Cuban buddies by the waterfront.

There was a band playing nearby. I really was getting the Cuban vibes into me. And it seemed like it was a perfect time to get a rum. Coke and rum in Cuba to be exact.

My mind was yearning to experience the splendid Cuban delights. The ones that I remember for so long, yet now were just a like a faded picture in my memory. And who could forget some of the wonderful Cuban women this place has. Yes I am speaking of those lovely Cuban girls that we foreigners have a chance to meet.

But who cared at that point. I was alive and in Cuba!

A Cuba that I learned to love growing up.

The Cuba nightlife is something that should be experienced by all. The dancing. The drinking. And just the warm vibes.

We ended up going to some Cuban nightclub a couple blocks from the waterfront area in Havana. About a 15 minutes walk.

At this point I had a good amount of rum in me. It was time to have some fun!

if I can tell you one thing about Cuba is that it can be an eye opening experience. If you have never been to a communist country you will quickly see that things are different. The Cuban people are strong. Unlike some other nearby countries with more freedom.

And although there are some hardships, the local cubans find a way to enjoy the nightlife and have some fun. And you can see this every time you walk in the streets in Havana. The vibe is warm, genuine, and fun. Make sure to have a Mojito or two.
