How learning emotional intelligence is made easier?

1- Insight

Any of the kind of learning starts when a person is aware that he has to change or improve something and when he is ready to address and accept those changes. Following are the five components of emotional intelligence insight:

Self-awareness is important, it is actually the knowledge of what actually a person feels and why does he feel so.

Empathy is a person's ability to relate to the emotions of others and to see the world from other people's perspectives.

3- Training

• Understanding what others might feel and start listening to them without judging anyone.

Emotional Intelligence is a psychologically supported art and arts could be learned but only remembered when practiced.

There is no benefit of learning emotional intelligence unless you implement it on your personal life in understanding the reason behind behaviors and the feelings.
