• Now, click on “Help & Update QuickBooks”.
• Then you need to click on the Options Tab & will have to make sure that the information contained in the Download Location is accurate.
• The file drive in the download location needs to be the exact same that appears in Product Information window when Shared Download Setting has been put to Yes.
• The directory remains the same in regard to the directory in the Download Location and the directory in QuickBooks Desktop Installation directory when shared download setting has been put to “No”.
• If the location has been found as “incorrect”, you need to change the state of that location.

• Select Help>Update Quickbooks.

• Put Shared Download to “Off” and then again put it back “On”.
• Make sure that the download location is deploying the newly mapped-drive letter.
• Select Save>Close.
• Afterward, you can download the latest tax table once again.

• Right-click over QuickBooks Icon & select “Run as Administrator”.
