If you have a yearly subscription to one of the Consumer or Small Business Security services, you are entitled to a refund if you cancel and seek a refund within 30 days of the subscription's start date. You can also get a refund for your annual subscription if you cancel it within 60 days of it being renewed and request a refund. You are not eligible for a refund if you have a monthly subscription to any service.

Turning Off Auto-Renewal

Turning off auto-renewal is the simplest way to cancel your McAfee product subscription if you no longer require it. You are basically canceling your subscription if you do so. It prevents additional charges from being made to your credit card. It also allows you to use the subscription until your current subscription expires.
