To the Maxi

I wore this maxi trench a couple of weeks ago with a skirt and a some lace up flats, see the post here, but quite a few of you commented saying you wouldn't know how to wear this because you're shorter; I thought I'd take a few photos of it again to share how I'd wear this maxi trench from Lavish Alice with a pair of heels instead! I went for lace up heels because they're so on trend at the moment, these from Public Desire are my favourite bargain pair (under £30!). I went for a simple Tshirt and jeans combo, both from Topshop, which I find makes the whole look more versatile. I've worn this trench with mostly dark colours to avoid looking like a rainbow. For the finishing touch I added this gorgeous clutch (a.k.a. iPad case) from Gnossem for a more complete look.
