8 Week Body Transformation: Day 56 BICEP and TRICEPS

YOU MADE IT!!! It’s the last day of this entire 8 Week Program!!! How do you feel?? I hope you feel strong, confident, and have seen some nice changes in your overall definition. I have had such a great time and hope you will continue to put forth great effort and dedication to a healthy lifestyle. Today we are working our BICEPS and TRICEPS and they are going to burn throughout the entire workout. We are do a total of 6 exercises, 3 for out biceps and 3 for our triceps. Each exercise we are going to do 3 pyramid sets, which means ONE set consists of 40,30,20 (rest) 20,30,40 reps. That is ONE set. You will do that 3 times. So make sure to put on a weight that you are going to be able to get through the first pyramid without stopping, rest and then go back up the pyramid. This workout is going to push you and hopefully inspire you to continue on to the next level. I want you to end strong with 300 Ab ball twist and 45-50 minutes of cardio. Thanks so much for joining in the last 8 weeks. It has gone by so fast, finish strong and I hope to see you again!! Remember to get your last day of Active cardio in and rest those muscles!
