Quand un jeune homme travaillant dans le domaine financier a découvert cette région brésilienne, et une vieille maison sur un terrain entouré de montagnes, il a demandé à son frère, l’architecte Gabriel Valdivieso de s’occuper de sa rénovation, pour lui faire un refuge au milieu des pins, pour y passer ses weekends.
