INSPIRATION | Rattan Chairs
I have been really loving rattan right now! For a while I thought it was a little too bohemian for my taste, but I have been seeing it paired with bright textiles and more modern pieces, giving spaces some natural texture. After doing a little poking around the internet, I picked some of my favorite buys below, but was pretty blown away at the prices. I have been seeing rattan and wicker all over the second hand stores, and so far my collection includes: a butterfly chair for $25, last week’s side table for $15, and a couch that I found this weekend for $30 (just needs the cushion fabric to be updated). And I have been eyeing up a chaise lounger and rocking chair at the antique store, both under $80, but need to find homes for my current sitters first. Definitely keep your eyes open while thrifting, because you can find some amazing deals on these pricey pieces!
