  1. The annual Conyers’ family photo. The day was beautiful and the weather was perfect.
  2. Green Smoothies and my (unplanned) 30 day experiment. For almost 3 weeks I’ve made a batch of 3 green smoothies every morning (1-2 for me and 1 for my husband). I started this as part of my healthy happy holidays plan and it has worked out brilliantly. The benefits have rocked my world! I’m continuing 1-2 green smoothies daily for what will be 30 days to see if the benefits continue.
  3. The tea bag tag made me smile.
  4. Excited to be selected as a Nuunbassador 2015!
  5. With drinking smoothies daily it was wasteful using plastic straws so I bought a set of reusable stainless steel straws. Less waste and they look kinda cool.

  1. 30 Days of Yoga – One of my goals this year is to deepen my practice of yoga. I’m considering joining a yoga studio to help me accomplish this goal. Still not sure on that so, in the meantime, I’m starting the new year with 30 Days of Yoga at Yoga with Adrienne.
  2. Speaking of yoga, I found an awesome website, Do You Yoga.

  4. With looking for a yoga studio to join I need to know what I want. This was a good place to start → A Guide To 6 Different Types of Yoga.

  1. Yummy roundup of Healthy Bites recipes – Cotter Crunch
  2. How yummy do these Skinny Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Pancakes look and they’re easily made gluten free.
  3. I made Spinach and Mushroom Quinoa for Christmas dinner. It was my favorite dish on the table. So good.
  4. I store a lot of my grains in glass canisters instead of the original package. Now I can stop googling grains to water ratios. Download → Get Your Grain Ratios Right

  4. Interesting read on Releasing Labels. Be What You Love Not What You Do. I love the “New Rule”, Start a revolution of introduction. The new rule is: You say a list of things you love and that you are crazy excited about, and you let that beautiful, joyous, unapologetic list circle around your essence.
