A Bohemian Wedding

Katy’s Bohemian Wedding

Today, my husband and I are celebrating our two year anniversary, which of course made me want to take a look back at our wedding as well as some incredible bohemian weddings. For my own wedding I wanted something completely different than what I had been seeing. So, with the very impressive flea market and garage sale hunting skills of my mother, she managed to find over 180 vintage oil lamps, assorted china, mason jars and incredible decorations that would surely set my wedding apart from all the others.

My favorite decorations for the wedding were the vintage oil lamps. They added such a cool element simply by the fact that every lamp was different. Such a bohemian feel!

I took complete advantage of the fact that a bohemian wedding has no rules.

And of course what wedding is complete without your girls.

Even though my wedding was two years ago, I still can’t help but look at what all the bohemian brides are doing these days to set themselves apart.

I think this wedding looks like such a dream.

Love, love, love, love the lights, the table decorations, everything! Absolutely perfect!

The one common theme of all these weddings is that they are all different. After all, why on earth would you want your wedding to look like everyone elses? With that being said, I would like to wish a very happy anniversary to Hunt, it has after all been an amazing, exciting, stressful, life-changing couple of years.
