Stelton Theo Stoneware - Slow Brewed Coffee methods

// Sponsored post in collaboration with Stelton.I was provided with the Theo Coffee set. All opinions are my own.

Have you tried slow brewed coffee? If you like coffee (and even if you don't) , slow brewed coffee is something you must try once, you will be amazed by its taste and flavor. There are many ways to prepare a slow brew, all will create different flavor and feel depending on how you actually brew the coffee. I will not get into too much details but at the end it is a matter of preference of how much coffee oil you like your coffee to have and how clear you want your drink to be. Less oil in the coffee results to a slightly more bitter taste but one that highlights the more subtle notes in it, the coffee is as clean as it can be. More oil in the coffee results in an earthier bolder flavored cup, this method will result to some residue in the coffee cup. The secret to different ways of brewing is based on what type of filter you use so that leaves the choice of the vessel up to you in many ways. I was lucky to receive a Theo Stoneware slow brew coffee set from Stelton and I have been using it every day! I use standard Chemex filters for when I want my coffee to have less oils in it and Hario cloth filter for when I want it to have more oil. While the Chemex and Hario coffee brewers are lovely to look at on their own, I absolutely love the stoneware feel of the Theo by Stelton, plus the size of 600 ml is perfect for two people. It is neither too big nor too small, and it looks as great as it feels! I am running a giveaway on my Instagram for a set just as the one above and today is the last day to enter so feel free to click here if you have an instagram account to participate :)
