Where my head has been

-My Hiatus has been for a good reason, and no reason at all. Firstly, I got married Y'all!!! Alhumdulilah! November 24th, 2012 was the official wedding date.
-Other than that, my brain has been so scattered that I literally would like to crawl in a hole, and wait it out. I would love to continue blogging, and I will, but this funk has taken over me like no other. On the home front, I'm excited to start my new life as a newlywed, and on the other side, I'm still figuring things out. Oh what a patient husband I have Mashaallah! ♥
-I feel like most (not ALL) blogs are beginning to look exactly the same. Same hijab styles, same make up, same post content... I miss original. I miss DIFFERENT. There is nothing wrong with thinking outside the box, but there is everything wrong with being a carbon copy of another person. Be inspired, but do not mimic loves!

My Brand, Decorating, Somewhere in space, More decorating, Gratitude, More decorating, Self discovering, Hijab... what it is, what it means, in it's purest form, Happy Place, Yearning for spiritual cleansing, Relief from this clouded head space, True self realizations, Trying to stay in the moment, Rediscovering my passions, Seeking more inner peace, Stepping outside of my comfort zone to get things done, Oh my gosh... I'm going to die.

So, while I preoccupy myself with sorting my thoughts, will you be a teeny weeeeny more patient? I'll be back, I promise! (God willing)
