Bougainvillea and marigold “LOVE” themed birthday party

If there’s one thing that would make bougainvillea an even more perfect party adornment, that would definitely be in the form of a giant heart backdrop, right? Mama Juliet is co-owner of The COOP here in LA, which she decked out with florals and decor for her Hazel’s LOVE themed birthday. Not sure we’ve ever used the phrase *decked out* more seriously ever!
