Tropical flamingo girl’s birthday party by The Shift Creative

Anyone planning a birthday bash for their littles before summer ends? You are going to be sooo inspired by Alexis of The Shift Creative‘s tropical DIY design for her daughter’s. A says, Every year I promise my husband we will keep Sophie’s birthday party simple. This year I tried. This is my simple. However, my husband’s idea of simple is party hats and pizza, and mine is acai bowls and balloon installations. I can’t help myself and I mean that!

After reading that, you’ve gotta see the photos from Kayla Plouffe, huh?

Sweet & Saucy Shop and tropical-themed desserts are a match made in heaven, we think.

Flowers from MV Florals pink balloons, yessss! Alexis says, I built the balloon arch over the course of 2 days with the House That Lars Built tutorial. It took me way longer than I thought but needless to say it was a showstopper.

Outside in the courtyard, Amaze Bowls made the most delicious acai bowls all served in coconuts and topped with edible flowers. Seriously the perfect treat for the summer! Maybe next year will be a pizza party… Maybe.

We’re guessing the b-day girl was pretty darn happy with this one!
