Recipe/Receita:
In a saucepan add the butter and sausage slices and fry. Reserve 1/4 of the slices on a plate. Add the leeks, carrots, potatoes to the pan and cover with water or broth. Boil until all the ingredients are cooked. Use a hand blender and then add the mustard, salt and pepper to taste and cream and boil. Serve accompanied with croutons and the previously reserved sausage slices.
Numa panela juntar a margarina e as rodelas de salsicha e fritar. Reservar 1/4 das rodelas num prato. À panela juntar o alho francês, a cenoura, as batatas e cobrir com água ou caldo. Deixar ferver até cozer todos os ingredientes. Passar a sopa com a varinha mágica, juntar a mostarda, sal e pimenta a gosto e as natas e deixar ferver. Servir acompanhado com os croutons e as rodelas de salsicha previamente reservadas.
