Wrap Dress

Hey Loves,

The smiles you see in this photo are completely genuine because this is the 1st outfit I'm shooting since getting my camera back. If you follow me on Facebook you know that when I originally intended to shot this outfit, the wind basically toppled my camera. I had to take it to Geek Squad to get it fixed. After I picked it up, I went straight to the park to shoot this look. If you know me, you know I absolutely love wrap dress & faux wrap dresses. I think they are a must for every plus size girl's closet. They are easy to wear, they are very flattering for every figure, they're timeless & the ultimate transitional piece. You can easily pair it with sandals in the warmer months, then pair it with some great tights & boots in the cooler months.

I am so in love with this dress. It is super lightweight, but I it's not too thin. The sleeves are a perfect length. I don't have super long arms, but sometimes sleeves can be a bit short on me. I love the length, hitting just above the knee. Which makes it perfect for work or even date night.
I'm falling in love more & more with Karen Kane as a brand. This particular dress isn't plus size but the XL fits perfect. I know Karen Kane does have plus size options at Lord & Taylor & I believe Bloomingdales. The brand is a bit pricey, but you can always catch a good sale
I was immediately attracted to the print. I've seen other Karen Kane dresses at work, but this one stuck out to me. I figured I would throw in a pop of color with my bag & matching earrings.

I'm so happy to have my camera back. I have A LOT of catching up to do now. Until next time loves.
xoxo Shay
