So last week I was attempting to re-decorate in my overalls and this week I'm here to fix your boiler.. who said fashion wasn't all glamour?
The strangest of uniforms funnily enough work out to be the most comfortable (there was probably a logic behind that right!); they require minimal thought process which will make the boiler-suit a sure option for those of you that find putting together a whole outfit bewildering or frankly plain too much effort on those early mornings! The same with jumpsuits, playsuits, dunagrees.. I find boilersuits are most flattering on fuller figures as they elongate, and providing its the right one will hug you high at the smallest part of your waist whilst concealing legs or arms (if those are your unforgiving areas) yet allowing you to flaunt a little cleavage as you are mostly conservatively covered elsewhere. If you are petite playsuits are the ideal option to show off more leg, and I find you have more leverage to go shorter and have the legs appear longer because technically they aren't short-shorts y'know?.. there's something more put together and refined about an all-in-one.
For the evening this jumpsuit is chic simply worn alone with a pointed heel however here I've broken my own style rules and gone with flats! I'm not particularly tall (5'5) however I do have longer legs and a short torso so I kind of took that into consideration and mainly threw facts out the window because I love this camel outfit and sometimes you should just wear what you want! But of course, I'd probably feel even more confident if it came in a shorts version, perhaps I should consider altering it... learning to iron wouldn't go a miss either!
