Quarterly Retail Associate Spotlight: Alexandra “Ali” Rogers of ALEX AND ANI Westport

At ALEX AND ANI, we believe in recognizing the efforts of our team members who consistently go above and beyond. In this new series, we will be highlighting members of our retail store teams from each region who have been nominated by their managers for their outstanding efforts in four categories.

We’re excited to kick off the series by highlighting Alexandra “Ali” Rogers of ALEX AND ANI Westport. We hope you enjoy it!

Integrity: Ali helps each retail associate both at and outside of work. She gives fellow teammates rides, helps them reach goals, and genuinely cares about every member of our team.

Passion: Ali is very passionate about charities. She currently volunteers at Simply Smiles and is a student at Fairfield University, where she is involved in many clubs and organizations.

Collaboration: Ali is working with Eva, our CHARMED BY CHARITY™ Specialist, to partner with Simply Smiles for employee engagement.

Mindfulness: Ali is very mindful of her goals. She constantly asks for feedback on how to improve and be the best retail associate she can be.

Ali is a kind hearted and hardworking individual. We are very lucky to have her as a member of the ALEX AND ANI Westport team!
