A while ago I went for a trip to Dundalk in Ireland. It was amazing experience. I spent these holidays exactly as I wanted. I disconnected myself from my current universe and fully enjoyed time off. I didn't use internet or any of mobile apps for nearly a week in order to recharge batteries for next couple of months. I focused during this holidays on myself. I ate delicious food as well as exercised body and brain. I had lots of walks, lots of yoga (my favorite yoga sequences are
HERE- you can use it as an inspiration to create your own sets), I read books (one that influenced me was Room of Ones Own by Virginia Woolf) and watched even more movies (the one that I keep returning to is motivational movie Training System by Tony Robbins. It blew my mind up, check his website
HERE for more info).
When I got back to Czech Republic I stop by in Prague. I used it as a transition point between holidays and reality. We stayed overnight in a friendly Buddhist center, in the evening went to Electronic Beats Festival and visited DOX gallery next day before returning home.
I had great time, cleared my brain and now I am ready to concur the world!
What is your idea of perfect holidays?
xoxo Anja
