Stylish Houseplant Pots for Indoor Gardening

Can you keep a houseplant alive? If yes, then my hat goes off to you. So many succulents, ferns, and fiddle leaf figs have expired under my care that when I approach the garden center at Home Depot, the seedlings tremble in fear that they’re next in line for the guillotine of my tender yet fatal attention. And frankly, I don’t blame them.

It’s not for lack of effort that my houseplants have gone the way of the compost bin. I station them in sunny spots. I water them when I’m supposed to water them, and I don’t when I’m not. Heck, I even give them names. You’d think that would count for something, right?! But alas, I haven’t determined the magic formula that would leave me with a space full of verdant, flourishing foliage.

But you know what I—what any of us with terminally brown thumbs—can do? We can focus our efforts on amassing a collection of unique planters. The choices now in shops are more than snazzy enough to distract from drooping stems and withering leaves. Simply replace deceased plants when they bite the dust, or better yet invest in some convincing faux specimens. Or maybe some chic pots to call home will give our green friends the very motivation they need to stick around longer!
