Top Two New Health Habits

I know most people make resolutions at the first of the year, but for me, summer break is a great time to regroup and start new habits. I’m currently really enjoying these two, my new Fitbit Activity Tracker and Verve, my new healthy replacement for that extra cup of coffee, and dare I say it, occasional Red Bull.

The Fitbit Charge HR lets me see my heart rate throughout the day, and even tracks my sleep. You can download an app that details all kinds of info like number of calories burned, the stairs that you climbed, and even water that you drank. All good info to gather to help you make improvements.

And yes, the Verve energy drink has replaced an old habit of drinking a diet Red Bull for a mid day pickup. So instead of drinking something that I knew was never good for me, but worked, now I’m drinking this off-the-charts healthy one and feeling so much better for it.
