Tomato Rice Scrub: Soak 2-3 tablespoon uncooked rice for thirty minutes in water. Then take one medium sized tomato and soaked rice in grinder and grind it to form a coarse mixture. You don’t want a thin consistency; it should be coarse and thick. You can also add one tablespoon honey into the mixture. Apply it all over your face like a mask and then massage in circular motion for 3-4 minutes. Repeat once a week. This scrub is very good for those with uneven or pigmented skin tone.

Rinse off with warm water and repeat it once or twice a week. Green gram flour will remove excess oil and dirt from your face preventing bacteria whereas rice flour will lighten and brighten your complexion.

Kiwi and Sugar Scrub: Kiwi is a yummy tasting food but it’s not only good in taste but also has many benefits for your oily skin. It eliminates excess oil from skin, buffs dead skin cells without stripping away natural oil. It also improves overall skin texture and complexion. Take one kiwi fruit and peel off its skin. Mash the fruit completely and put it in bowl. Now add one tablespoon each of brown sugar, honey and lemon juice. Mix everything well and then scrub your face using it for 2-3 minutes.
