Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival

Every year I attend Huddersfield's Food and Drink Festival. It lasts 3 days, Friday through to the Sunday and Its a lovely mix local restaurants, farm shops, pubs and confectioners.

This year having a pram made it a little more difficult as with each year it seems to get increasingly popular. But I couldn't go without posting pics of my epic hot dog or the beautiful fudge on offer. No Alcohol was consumed unfortunately due to trying to eat healthy and having a newborn.

Like I said look at this fudge. Every flavour you could wish for from Bubble Gum to Vodka Redbull.
I also decided to treat myself to a cheat meal as I have done exceptionally well on my healthy eating programme. I opted for something from the Exotic Meats tent and went with the Exotic Chilli Dog Pork Dog with Buffalo chilli served with mozzarella and tortilla chips. But left the bread.

All the people watching made the little man Hungry too so stopped for a milk break.

No doubt I will be back again next year to eat more fabulous food and maybe next time I'll get to sample a few alcoholic beverages too!!
