If you’re not familiar with the brand DHC you need to. The Deep Cleansing Oil is their best-selling product. Founded in Japan the DHC brand has a really simple but effective approach to skincare. No fussy or glamorous packaging just high quality amazing formulations and ingredients.
I have enjoyed using the DHC Pore Cleansing Oil as part of my evening skincare routine. The formulation feels luxurious and velvety, very similar to a serum texture. This is unlike any cleanser I’ve tried, making it extra special. I struggle with rinsing it off afterwards because it feels so good when massaged into the face, but of course I do. I like to use a warm/hot flannel to remove the cleanser, that way I’m giving my skin a gentle polish. I use anything between 2-3 pumps depending on the amount of makeup I need to remove.
With 9 emollient and anti-oxidant botanical oils such as coconut, argan, evening primrose, olive, grape seed, jojoba, avocado, sesame and rice bran. This cleansing oil is full of hydrating ingredients, this is by no means drying or stripping. The gentle formulation breaks down daily dirt and makeup. Excess oils and other impurities are taken care of in a gentle way, giving skin a deep clean and flushing out the pores making them less visible. Not only is the formulation amazing but the refreshing grapefruit scent is equally pleasing.
